ICR Property & Investment Group P L and its associated companies, is a privately owned Melbourne based property development and investment group, which was established in the 1990’s by David Gibbs.
Since its inception ICR Property and Investment Group P L has strived to be a market leader in all aspects of project management and property development and has undertaken projects covering all facets of property including the Industrial, Commercial and Residential sectors.

Residential Property Development
