David has extensive experience in all facets of property development, construction, project management and sales. He has spent a total of over 14 years in real estate of which 9 years was with a leading Residential & Commercial Property Agent in Melbourne, specialising in large commercial properties.

This included master planning for major shopping centres and distribution centres for major public companies, and managing large industrial estates as well as marketing of large multiple sales of properties for major oil companies, property acquisitions and major sales of suburban and Melbourne CBD office buildings.

He was also a founding director of a very successful medium sized valuation company.

David has spent time on the board of Public companies in the capacity of Director and has had significant experience as a property consultant to various Government bodies.

David has been undertaking property developments on his own behalf over the last 12 years and has completed in excess of 50 projects in his own right and completed more projects for other clients. [see completed projects]
